These terms govern your use of this website and, if you become a customer, Cosmo’s AI Revenue Recovery service. By using this site or subscribing to Cosmo, you agree to them.
The service
Cosmo helps businesses identify and follow up on missed calls, stalled leads, unclosed opportunities and dormant customers, across voice, SMS and email. Results shown on this site — including the Revenue Leak Audit and any figures labeled “modeled” or “illustrative” — are estimates based on stated assumptions, not guarantees of future performance for any specific business.
Accounts and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time.
- Billing is processed by Stripe; Cosmo does not store your card details.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cosmo to contact anyone without appropriate consent, to send unlawful or deceptive messages, or to violate applicable telecommunications, marketing or privacy law.
No financial advice
Nothing on this site or in Cosmo’s service is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
